Freedom Advocacy Fund, Inc. complies with the regulations under § 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code. In accordance with the Internal Revenue Service guidelines, Freedom Advocacy Fund maintains discretion and sole control over the use of all donated funds. All donations are in US dollars and non-refundable. Therefore, donors explicitly release Freedom Advocacy Fund from any restrictions on how those funds are spent. No goods or services were provided in return for any contribution. Contributions or gifts to Freedom Advocacy Fund, Inc. are not tax deductible as charitable contributions. Contributions or gifts may, however, be deductible as an ordinary and business expense (for more information, please consult the IRS rules). Donors will be mailed a statement for all their donations by January of the following year. If you have any questions regarding your donation(s) or Freedom Advocacy Fund, Inc. or you need a receipt or a statement of any of your contributions, please feel free to submit a request for such to freedomadvocacyfundinc@gmail.com. Freedom Advocacy Fund is a paperless organization. Therefore, all statements (Except End-Year Statements) will be provided electronically, and no statement will be provided in a physical paper format. IRS Notice 88-120, 1988-2 C.B. 454. I further hereby acknowledge that Freedom Advocacy Fund may make political contribution(s) to SuperPACs registered with the Federal Election Commission and hereby acknowledge I, nor the funds being contributed as described on this form, do not represent a foreign national, federal contractor, national bank or federally chartered corporation.
